A dedicated team
We have a hard-working and dedicated staff team working towards our vision and helping church members to be effective in their own lives and ministries.
Tim Roberts, Senior Minister
Tim serves in a full-ime capacity to offer leadership and strategic oversight to the Senior Leadership Team, staff team and Church as a whole. Tim's role is to ensure all we do is in line with our God-given vision and is strongly connected with other churches and agencies in Watford and internationally.

Arthur Shivas, Associate Minister - Pastoral
Arthur works part-time with a focus on coordinating our emergency support team, ensuring we are a Church that is responsive to pastoral needs in times of particular need and challenge. Arthur also works on developing our work amongst those of retirement age and older.

David Dodwell, Associate Minister - Youth
David has been our youth leader since 2008; his work is focused on developing our ministry to, and through, those of secondary school age.

Julia Graham - Operations Manager
Julia manages our church office and ensures our operations run smoothly. She brings with her years of experience in office management and her focus in her full time role in Watford Community Church is administrating 'the ministry of the people'.
Rachel Carstairs - Finance Administrator
Rachel serves through managing our bookkeeping, helping us set budgets and providing information and reports to help the Senior Leadership Team deal with our finances responsibly.
Nikki Williams - Childrens Centre Outreach Worker
Nikki has been on our staff team for a number of years; she currently serves as an Outreach Worker in partnership with the Sunshine Children's Centre, helping us provide access and help to families with children under 5 in the town centre and Watford Fields area.
In addition to this we enjoy the generosity of several volunteer office and community workers who give their time at various points in the year. Quite the team!
