Here at Watford Community Church we recognise the importance of our ministry to children, young people and vulnerable adults and our responsibility to protect and safeguard their welfare.

We have a designated Safeguarding Officer and a Deputy Safeguarding Officer who have been fully trained through our Safeguarding Policy and Proceedures and liase closely with the Churches Child Protection Advisory Services (CCPAS).

All who serve on our teams alongside children, young people and vulnerable adults have to follow our safeguarding and recruitment procedure before they are allowed to serve.
